Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

These come first, and nothing on this page limits them.

If a kit arrives faulty, damaged, significantly different from what was pictured, or simply isn't what you ordered, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. That applies regardless of whether the item was personalised.

Message us with photos and we'll sort it. We don't argue about this.

Change of mind and wrong size

Every kit is made to order for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. A returned shirt can't be resold.

That's exactly why we're happy to help you get the size right before you order — see the sizing notes below.

Personalised orders

Kits with name and number printing or patches applied are made just for you. Faulty personalised items are still covered under Australian Consumer Law — if the printing is wrong, crooked, or peels, that's on us.

Please double-check spelling and sizing before you order personalisation. If you're unsure, message us first — we'd rather spend five minutes confirming than process a complaint.

Getting the size right

Player Version runs slim. It's cut for athletes. If you're between sizes or want a relaxed fit, size up or choose the Fan Version.

Fan Version and Retro have a relaxed fit — take your usual size.

Women's kits run smaller than the men's equivalent — check the women's chart, not your usual size.

Kids sizing runs by height. If your child is between sizes, size up. They grow.

Check our Size Guide, or message us with your height and chest measurement and we'll tell you which size to take. This is free and takes us two minutes.

How to report a problem

Message us with your order number, photos and what's wrong at hi@jogabonito.com.au. We'll reply with next steps.

Don't post anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns are hard to match to an order.
