# Returns & Refunds

Returns for ordering the wrong size or simply not liking the item are not accepted. Every kit is made to order, so a returned shirt can't be resold.

Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@jogabonito.com.au with photos of the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes any guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unused, with original tags attached.

Customised items (name and/or number printing) cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Not sure about sizing? Message us with your height and chest measurement before you order and we'll tell you which size to take.
