Returns & Refunds

Every kit is made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. A returned shirt can't be resold.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hi@jogabonito.com.au with your order number and photos. We'll repair, replace or refund it.

Customised items (name and/or number printing) can't be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll process your refund within 10 business days.

Not sure about sizing? Message us with your height and chest measurement before you order and we'll tell you which size to take.

Nothing in this policy excludes any guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
