Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping cost: Free on all orders.

Delivery time: 12–20 business days from order to delivery. This covers the complete process — production, dispatch and delivery — not just the shipping leg. Most orders arrive around day 15.

Tracking: You'll receive your tracking number by email within 3–5 business days of ordering, once your kit is dispatched.

Personalised orders: Name and number printing or patches add roughly one extra day before dispatch.

If your order is running late: Delays happen — customs, freight backlogs, peak season. If your order passes 25 days without arriving, contact us and we'll either chase it down or refund you in full. Your call.

Delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Joga Bonito AU.
