Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping cost: Free on all orders.

Delivery time: 10–18 days from order to delivery. This covers the complete process — production, dispatch and delivery — not just the shipping leg. Most orders arrive within about 11–15 days.

Tracking: You'll receive your tracking number by email within 3–5 business days of ordering, once your kit is dispatched.

Personalised orders: Name and number printing or patches add roughly one extra day before dispatch.

If your order is running late: Delays happen — customs, freight backlogs, peak season. If your order passes 25 days without arriving, contact us and we'll either chase it down or refund you in full. Your call.
