Shipping & Delivery

Every kit we sell is made to order by our supplier and shipped straight to you. That's how we keep prices where they are — but it does mean your order takes longer than something sitting in a warehouse down the road.

How long it takes

12–20 days from payment to your door, Australia-wide. That's the complete process, not just the shipping leg.

Most orders land around day 15. We quote the wider window because we'd rather your kit turn up early than have you refreshing a tracking page wondering what went wrong.

Tracking

You'll receive your tracking number by email within 3–5 business days of ordering, once your kit clears production and is dispatched.

If it hasn't arrived by then, check your spam folder first, then email us at hi@jogabonito.com.au.

Personalised orders

Name and number printing or patches add roughly one extra day before dispatch.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders, Australia-wide.

If your order is running late

Delays happen — customs, freight backlogs, peak season. If your order passes 25 days without arriving, email us and we'll either chase it down or refund you in full. Your call.

We'd rather refund you than have you wait indefinitely on something we can't track down.
